If you are investing through an IDPS, any enquiries or complaints should first be directed to the IDPS operator unless your enquiry or complaint relates to the Fund.
If you have an enquiry or complaint about the Fund, please contact us on 1800 885 175.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 days and aim to resolve your complaint within 45 days.
